Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your online order in writing within 14 days after making the order. If the goods have been fully or partially delivered, you can also declare an implied return through sending the goods back to us. The return of the goods is to follow within 14 days after receiving the goods in the original packaging and at our costs, if the value of the goods is more than € 40.00. If the value of goods if lower, we would like to ask you to carry the shipping costs.

The recall or return are excluded with perished, personalized or tailor-made goods, as well as goods which have been worn, used or damaged or which are unsuitable for return due to their characteristics.
