The Tourist Information tries to make sure that the online purchasing is as simple as possible. Our delivery conditions are listed in the following:

2. Area of validity

 

Our deliveries and services as well as offers will be carried out exclusively based on these business conditions.

 

3. Ordering

All offers made on the homepage of the City of Kaiserslautern – also pertaining to prices – are unbinding, they merely give you the possibility of being informed and to make an order.

The presented items are merely samples. It is not to be excluded that goods presented by us at some time are no longer available. For this case we reserve the right to no longer render the service. Claims for damage cannot derive from this.

We can accept online orders within 10 days unless you have previously recalled your order in writing. In order to be legally effective, your order requires written confirmation (acceptance). The confirmation can also follow through e-mail or by telephone. The delivery or partial delivery of the ordered goods is equal to the written confirmation.

If within 10 days we are not able to react neither through a written confirmation nor through a delivery or partial delivery of the goods, your order is considered to be rejected.

 

4. Prices

The prices include the legal VAT as well as packaging. The shipping costs are not included.

 

5. Shipping

Insofar as it has not been arranged otherwise, the delivery will arrive at the delivery address stated by the customer through a shipping service of our choice. We charge proportional processing costs and shipping costs of € 5.00. As of an order value of € 100.00, the delivery within Germany is free of charge. For deliveries in other countries, we charge € 17.00 for each delivery.

 

6. Delivery time

We will send you all online orders as quickly as possible. Special orders are of course excluded. Information about a delivery date is unbinding, insofar as a fixed appointment has been agreed upon.

 

7. Payment

 

The purchase price is due immediately with the order. You can pay for the goods with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard / Eurocard). Within Germany a delivery on account is possible. From abroad an order is only possible with a credit card payment.

 

8. Security

The security of your data is very important to us. Therefore the transmission follows in the encrypted SSL process.

 

9. Reservation of property rights

The goods remain the property of the City of Kaiserslautern until complete payment.

In case of a breach of contract on the part of the customer – in particular default of payment – the Tourist Information of the City of Kaiserslauern is entitled to take back the reserved goods at the cost of the customer.

 

10. Returns / Exchanges

 

You have the right to revoke your online order in writing within 14 days after making the order. If the goods have been fully or partially delivered, you can also declare an implied return through sending the goods back to us. The return of the goods is to follow within 14 days after receiving the goods in the original packaging and at our costs, if the value of the goods is more than € 40.00. If the value of goods if lower, we would like to ask you to carry the shipping costs.

The recall or return are excluded with perished, personalized or tailor-made goods, as well as goods which have been worn, used or damaged or which are unsuitable for return due to their characteristics.

11. Complaints

Our goods undergo initial controls. Still it cannot be completely excluded that faulty items are delivered. Please make a complaint about such errors immediately. This is also valid for transport damages.

If the object of the delivery is faulty, you are entitled to demand a supplementary delivery or replacement delivery. With an insignificant breach of contract, in particular with faults which are only insignificant, there is no right of withdrawal.

 

12. Returns / Redemptions

For a possible return of the goods, please use the original packaging.

 

13. Privacy policy

For the processing of the order and further customer services, the customer allows us to ask for, to process and to use all necessary data like IP address, e-mail address, name, address, order data (item, price, quantity, etc.), possible deviating delivery address, credit card company, credit card number and the expiration data as well as voluntary information given to us while observing the legal conditions.

In order to make the visit to our homepage easier, we reserve the right to use cookies in order to be able to direct you as a registered customer after the first order. With further orders you no longer have to enter your data anew. A cookie merely contains an ident number under which we can list you in our database.

If you should not want to accept the cookie, you can prevent the transmission of the cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser.

 

14. Law

Exclusively German law is applicable under the exclusion of the German international private law and the purchase law. Kaiserslautern (Germany) is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes from this contractual relationship.
